What You Can Do With It
What you're actually allowed to do with OraGraphics overlays, LUT packs, sound effects, and music files once you buy them.
The terms.

What You're Actually Buying
When you purchase an OraGraphics product — an overlay, LUT pack, sound effect pack, or music library file — you're buying a license to use it in your own creative work, not ownership of the asset itself. OraGraphics retains ownership of every overlay, LUT, sound file, and music track we sell. Your purchase grants permission to use it; it doesn't transfer the underlying file's copyright to you.
Personal & Commercial Use
You can use every OraGraphics product in personal and commercial work alike, including:
- Monetized YouTube videos, TikToks, Reels, and other monetized social content
- Client projects and paid freelance/agency work
- Paid brand deals and sponsored content
- Personal projects, portfolios, and demo reels
There's no cap on how many finished videos, posts, or projects you can use a single purchased asset in, and no separate "commercial license" upcharge — commercial use is included in every purchase by default.
What's Not Allowed
The restriction is on the raw files, not what you create with them. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the raw overlay, LUT, SFX, or music files as-is
- Repackage them — alone or bundled with other assets — into your own product for sale
- Upload them to freebie sites, other marketplaces, or third-party "asset pack" bundles
- Claim authorship or ownership of the raw assets themselves
- Share your OraGraphics account login or download access with anyone else
Using them inside your own finished content (a video, a photo edit, a project) is always fine — sharing or selling the source files on their own is what's restricted.
Working With Clients & Teams
If you're an editor working on behalf of a client, you're covered — you can use assets you've purchased in client deliverables without the client needing their own separate license, as long as you're the one applying the asset as part of your editing/creative work. The license is tied to you as the purchaser, not to a specific finished video or client.
What this doesn't cover: handing the raw purchased files directly to a client, teammate, or other editor for their own separate, independent use — that falls under the redistribution restriction above. If your team regularly needs shared access to the same assets, reach out and we can figure out what makes sense.
Attribution
Credit is optional, never required. You're welcome to tag @oragraphics or mention OraGraphics when you post something made with our overlays, LUTs, or sound effects — we genuinely appreciate it and often reshare — but it's never a condition of using the assets.
License Violations
Violating any part of this license — most commonly, reselling or redistributing raw files — voids refund eligibility on the related purchase and may result in restricted access to future purchases or support. See our Refund Policy for how this interacts with refund requests.
Updates to This License
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase — future changes won't retroactively restrict something you already bought under different terms.
