Refunds & Returns

Where things stand on refunds for OraGraphics digital products — overlays, LUT packs, sound effects, and music files.

All digital sales are final by default. Because every OraGraphics product is delivered as an instant digital download, we generally can't accept returns once a purchase is complete — there's nothing physical to send back, and access is granted immediately at checkout.
That said — if something's actually wrong on our end (a broken file, a duplicate charge, the wrong product), we'll make it right. See the exceptions below.

🔒All Digital Sales Are Final

Because every OraGraphics product — overlays, LUT packs, sound effect packs, and music library files — is delivered as an instant digital download, all sales are final once a purchase is completed. Digital files can't be "returned" the way a physical product can, and you get full access the moment checkout finishes. We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind, general dissatisfaction, or simply no longer needing the product after it's been downloaded.

When We Do Offer a Refund

We'll issue a refund, replacement, or fix — at our discretion, once verified — if:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open as delivered.
  • You were charged for the wrong product, or a duplicate purchase went through due to a checkout or processing error.
  • The product delivered doesn't match its listed description in a material way (e.g. wrong file type entirely, missing files that were explicitly included in the listing).

These must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Reach out through the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll take it from there.

🚫What's Not Covered

To keep this fair and consistent, the following don't qualify for a refund:

  • Changing your mind or no longer needing the product after downloading it.
  • The product not matching a specific creative vision or expectation that wasn't part of the actual listing.
  • Compatibility issues with software, cameras, or apps that weren't listed as a requirement at time of purchase — if you're unsure whether something fits your setup (e.g. a LUT's log profile matching your camera), ask us before buying through the Contact page.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window above.
  • Files that have already been used in shared, published, or monetized content.

✉️How to Request a Refund

Reach out through the Contact page with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • The product name
  • A short description of the issue

We respond to all requests within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

⚠️Unauthorized Use & Redistribution

Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the raw product files after purchase voids any refund eligibility and may violate the license terms your purchase is sold under.

🏦Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly, and faster, than a bank dispute takes to process. Filing a chargeback without reaching out to us first may result in restricted access to future purchases or support while the dispute is investigated.
