PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy & Data

What OraGraphics collects, why, and how you're in control of it — plain language, no legal maze.

Last updated August 2026
💡 The short version: we collect what's needed to process your order and keep you updated, name, email, and payment info handled securely through Shopify.
❗ We never see your full card number: all payment processing happens through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout, and OraGraphics never stores, sells, or has access to your raw payment details, ever.

🎯How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process orders and deliver your digital downloads
  • Send order confirmations, receipts, and delivery emails
  • Respond to support requests and refund inquiries
  • Send occasional product updates and drops through the Oralist, only if you opted in
  • Improve the site, catch bugs, and understand what's actually getting used
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our license & usage terms

🔐Payment Processing & Third Parties

OraGraphics runs on Shopify, and checkout is handled by Shopify's own PCI-compliant payment system alongside processors like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Each of those has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment details, we never see or store your full card number.

We also use a small number of other tools to run the store, like our email provider for order and support messages, and basic analytics to understand site traffic. None of these companies are allowed to sell your data or use it beyond what's needed to help run OraGraphics.

💡 Bottom line: we never sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

🍪Cookies & Tracking

Like most online stores, OraGraphics uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. Shopify sets some of these automatically as part of running the storefront and checkout.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site, like your cart, may not work correctly without them.

📬Email Marketing & The Oralist

If you subscribe to the Oralist, our product update list, we'll use your email to send you news about drops, overlay updates, and creator resources. This is entirely opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link you can use at any time, no need to contact us.

Transactional emails, like order confirmations and support replies, aren't part of this list and will always be sent regardless of your marketing preferences, since they relate directly to a purchase you made.

🗂️Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill legal, accounting, and support obligations, generally tied to how long Shopify itself retains order records. You can request the following at any time:

  • Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — fix inaccurate or outdated information
  • Deletion — request we erase your personal data, where we're not legally required to keep it
  • Unsubscribe — opt out of the Oralist at any time

To make any of these requests, reach out through the Contact page with the email address associated with your order.

👶Children's Privacy

OraGraphics is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old. If we learn that we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us through the Contact page.

🔄Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally as OraGraphics grows or as tools we use change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
