By visiting oragraphics.com or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our License & Usage Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

When using OraGraphics, you agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site or its checkout system
• Use the site for fraudulent purchases or payment abuse
• Impersonate another person or provide false information at checkout
• Interfere with the site's security, availability, or normal operation
• Use our products in a way that violates the License & Usage Terms

Every product OraGraphics sells, overlays, LUT packs, sound effects, and music files, is delivered as an instant digital download. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the terms laid out on our dedicated License & Usage Terms page, it does not transfer ownership of the underlying files or design work to you.

Because delivery is instant and digital, our Refund Policy governs when a refund is and isn't available, read that page before purchasing if you're unsure.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though a price change never affects an order already completed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout and supported processors including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you're authorized to use it.

All content on oragraphics.com, including the OraGraphics name, logo, site design, product artwork, and product files, is the property of OraGraphics LLC unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a product licenses your use of that specific file under our usage terms, it doesn't grant rights to our branding, source designs, or any other part of the site or catalog.

OraGraphics products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ensure every file works as described, but we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including lost content, missed deadlines, or software compatibility issues that weren't listed as a requirement at time of purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OraGraphics will be handled in the courts located in Georgia.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the site for anyone who violates these Terms, our Usage Terms, or engages in fraudulent behavior, including chargebacks filed without contacting us first as described in our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as OraGraphics grows. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site or purchase products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
