Instructions on how to access your overlays once you place an order
How to download & use your overlay
Six steps below walk you through everything — but it really just comes down to these three things:
📂Open the shared folder
Tap "View All Overlays" above. You'll land on a folder list with everyone's completed orders inside — find the one named after your username.
🎬Open your file
Inside your folder, click your completed overlay to preview it right in the browser.
⬇️Press Download
With the preview open, press Download in the top right corner to save it to your Mac or PC.
💾Save it somewhere permanent, right away
Move it into a dedicated folder immediately. Files are only guaranteed to stay online for a limited time — don't rely on the link itself as long-term storage.
🔍Check which format you got
Your overlay comes in one of two file types, depending on your editing software — check the file extension before you import it:
- 🎬 .mov (transparent) — for desktop editors that support transparent video
- 🟢 .mp4 (green screen) — for mobile editors or apps that need chroma key removal
📥Import into your editor
If you have the .mov: drag and drop it straight onto your timeline. It's already transparent — no green screen removal needed, just position it over your footage.
If you have the .mp4: import it onto your timeline, then apply chroma key / green screen removal in your editor to knock out the green background.
Frequently Asked
Questions.
Where do I find my files?
Tap the "View All Overlays" button at the top of this page. Inside the shared folder, find the subfolder named after your username or name. Your completed overlay files will be inside ready to download.
What if I lose my files?
We'll do our best to help if we can, but this is not always guaranteed.
My files aren't in the folder yet — what do I do?
All orders are completed within 24–72 hours. If you don't see your folder yet, your order is still being built. Here's what to do:
- Keep checking back on this page and tap "View All Overlays" periodically — your folder will appear inside that link once it's ready.
- Check your email — your order confirmation link will also show your files once completed.
- Keep an eye on your Instagram direct messages — once your order is finished, there's a good chance we'll send you the link directly there too.
You don't need to do anything else — just keep checking. Your files will show up within the 24–72 hour window.
Can I use these overlays commercially?
Yes — you can use them in your YouTube videos, client work, social media content, and commercial projects.
Do I need After Effects to use these?
No — most overlays are drag-and-drop ready and do not require After Effects. Just import the .MOV file into your timeline and position it over your footage.
Can I request revisions?
Revisions are not available once an order has been completed. Please make sure all details — username, profile picture, follower counts, message text, and any other information — are 100% correct before submitting your order. If you need a different version, you will need to place a new order on the site.
I can't find my folder in the shared drive
Search for the username or name you provided at checkout. If you still can't find it, DM us on Instagram or reach out via the contact page and we'll send you a direct link.
What are OraGraphics overlays?
OraGraphics overlays are custom animated social media graphics designed for content creators to use in videos. They mimic real platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, and iMessage to make your content look more professional, engaging, and immersive — without building anything from scratch.
What editing software are the overlays compatible with?
Our overlays work best in professional desktop editing software: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Vegas Pro, and CapCut Desktop. Mobile editing apps may not fully support ProRes 4444 transparency — these overlays are primarily intended for desktop workflows.
What file format do I receive?
Depending on the overlay, you'll receive one of the following:
- Transparent .MOV (Apple ProRes 4444) — for most overlays in desktop editors. Drag and drop directly onto your timeline, no green screen needed.
- MP4 (Green screen version) — for mobile apps or software that doesn't support transparent ProRes.
- MP4 (Full-screen) — Instagram Ultra and YouTube Ultra are full-screen animations delivered as MP4.
Are the overlays customizable?
Yes — every overlay is custom-made around your details including your username, profile picture, follower/subscriber count, photos or videos, message text, channel branding, and light or dark mode preference.
How long does delivery take?
Most custom overlays are completed within 24–72 hours. You'll receive a direct DM on Instagram as soon as your files are ready.
Will instructions be included?
Yes — every order includes tutorial videos and a PDF guide so you know exactly how to import and use your overlay in your specific editing software.
